CraftQuestAI Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

CraftQuestAI is an Artificial Intelligence educational platform ("SaaS") that allows users (teachers, students, or creators) to upload selectable-text PDFs, Word documents, and other supported files to automatically generate assessments, quizzes with answer explanations, and performance metrics.

2. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• Registration: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• User Types: "Teachers" are responsible for managing their virtual classrooms and inviting "Students." As stated in our Privacy Policy, Teachers are responsible for obtaining appropriate parental or guardian consent before inviting underage students.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password you use to access the platform and for any activities or actions under your account.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

• Your Content: You retain all rights and intellectual property to the files, documents (Excel, selectable-text PDF, Word, images), and texts you upload to CraftQuestAI. You grant us a temporary and strictly necessary license to process that content through our algorithms for the sole purpose of providing the service to you.
• Artificial Intelligence Accuracy: Artificial Intelligence may generate inaccurate, incorrect, or incomplete content. The user (Teacher/Creator) assumes full responsibility for reviewing, editing, and validating any generated question or quiz before publishing or distributing it to students.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service to upload illegal, defamatory content, material that infringes on third-party copyrights, or malicious software. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

CraftQuestAI offers a free access model ("Freemium") and paid premium plans. Charges for premium plans will be billed in advance and are non-refundable, except where required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CraftQuestAI does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, 100% secure, or error-free. In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental damages, or loss of data arising from the use of the platform.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Costa Rica. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Heredia, Costa Rica.
